4 Course Dinner & Scotch Tasting

Join us for this months tasting on Tuesday, February 28 featuring Madtree Brewing & Aberlour scotch
This gourmet four-course dinner will be paired with four beers and four scotches, much like our beloved cigar lovers dinner minus the cigars.
1st Course – Roasted Brussels Sprouts served with a Sweet Chilli Sauce
2nd Course – Stuffed Shitake Mushrooms with a lemon rosemary cream sauce
3rd Course – Baked Duck Breast with an orange red wine reduction served with duck fat roasted golden yukon potatoes
4th Course – surprise dessert by the chef
