Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton 3k/5k Remembrance Walk 2022

WHAT:
Walk in honor or in memory of a loved one. Awards will be presented to the team and individual who raises the most money. T-shirts will be available for pick up on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the Hospice House.

Registration opens at 8:30 am.
Walk begins at 10 am.

Net proceeds benefit Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton patient care and services.

PRICING:
Individual Walker: $25
Team of 10 or More: $20 each
Youth Walker (Age 12 and under): $15
Active Military or Veteran: $20
Memory Walk Signs: $20
DETAILS:
• With the purchase of a memory walk sign, your sign will be displayed along the main entrance of the Hospice House.
• Fruit and water will be available Saturday morning for those coming to pick up T-shirts and walk the memory sign path.
• Must register by October 3, 2022 to guarantee an event T-shirt.
• Awards for top individual and top team will be given out.
