Restorative Breathing: Soothing Stress & Anxiety

Did you know that you can use the breath to calm the nervous system, soothe anxiety, and revitalize the self?
Well, you can. And it feels pretty good.
Sam will lead this 90 min all-levels breath practice with the body in supportive propped postures to increase vagal tone and soften the mind, melting stress and anxiety away. Observational and controlled breath practices allow the one who is breathing a soft seat to land, ending in a sweet savasana.
Students are encouraged to sip water and tea, moving slowly after the practice, re-entering the world gently and intentionally, feeling soothed and cozy in both the mind and the body.
This is a monthly offering, intended for all individuals – guys, gals, and all other pals.
