Risotto & Arancini

These gems are great to add to your cooking repertoire! Risotto is great as a side dish or as a main course. Utilize the leftovers and roll them up into tasty little appetizers lovingly known as arancini.
Students will be split into groups and given recipes to complete. At the end of the hands-on portion of the class, we’ll all sit down for a family-style dinner.
We have wine available for purchase for your enjoyment during the class as well!
