Many artists will book the festival in advance\, but there will be opportunities each day to find artists that are taking walk up tattoos on a first come first serve basis. \nIf you do not want to get  tattooed over the weekend you will not be short of entertainment. Artists and vendors alike will be selling merchandise\, there will be contests where you can enter your tattoos that you have previously collected\, watch contests take place\, and see some of the best artists from across the globe practice their craft. \nTattoo artists will have the opportunity to buy supplies from a variety of vendors for use at the festival and to take back to their home shop. There will be a tattoo of the day competition daily to show off the best tattoos made at the Festival. \nWhether you are coming to the Dayton Tattoo Festival for your first tattoo\, your 100th\, or just to have fun\, we are happy to have you\, and cannot wait to see you there.

The RiverScape Cafe will be open selling food and drinks along with alcoholic beverages\, including beer\, wine\, and cocktails\, for those 21 and over.\nThe Fries Band started out in Dayton in 1989 as an acoustic trio called “The French Fries\,” which consisted of three acoustic guitars and three vocals composed of Gary Knight\, Pat McKeown and James Taylor. They now boast a full band\, and are known for their premier vocal blends focusing on very tight three\, four and five-part vocal harmonies that are primarily driven by acoustic guitars with keyboard\, bass and drums. The Fries Band has been entertaining all over the West Central Ohio area and beyond with cover songs from the ’60s\, ’70s and ’80s including hits from Crosby Stills\, Nash & Young\, America\, Beatles\, and Beach Boys!

Today\, The Outlaws have returned with new music\, new focus\, and an uncompromising new mission: It’s about a band of brothers bound together by history\, harmony\, and the road. It’s about a group that respects its own legacy while refusing to be defined by it’s past. But most of all\, it’s about pride. \nAs live performers\, the band burns hotter than ever. “The Outlaws helped define Southern Rock for me and for generations of fans\,” wrote music journalist Bill Robinson in The Huffington Post. “Seeing them onstage with The Charlie Daniels Band\, The Marshall Tucker Band\, The Allman Brothers\, Lynyrd Skynyrd or countless others was\, for a long time\, one of the best experiences I could have.
