DESCRIPTION:The City holds a Community Wide Garage Sale two times per year on the second full weekend (Thursday\, Friday\, Saturday\, and Sunday) of June and of September (revised 3.27.2023). Hours of sales are 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. During these times\, residents can have a sale without obtaining a permit. Anyone from surrounding communities is welcome to come and shop\, but we only publish a participant list of Huber Heights addresses. Huber Heights residents may choose to participate on any or all days of each Community Wide Garage Sale. Please remember that you can put a sign on YOUR property only. Garage/yard/temporary sale signs are not permitted to be placed on traffic signs\, telephone poles\, or objects in the public right-of-way (ORC 1181.15). \nA list of participating addresses can be found on our website.
