The race typically draws 1200 area runners and walkers. It has provided a fun\, safe\, and enjoyable 5k road race for generations of families to enjoy. The race gives $500 to four high school cross country teams each year. \nThe Ohio River Road Runners Club is a 100% all-volunteer 501(c)(3) Ohio Non-Profit club dedicated to promoting running and supporting the local running community in and around Dayton\, Ohio.  We are known for our inexpensive\, high-quality running events. Each year we give out over $8000 in scholarships to local runners and grants to youth running clubs.

The RiverScape Café will also be open\, offering a variety of food and drinks (including our delicious hot cocoa!) for purchase. For those 21 and over\, a variety of alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase as part of the Downtown Dayton DORA. \nAdmission is $7\, Skate Rental is $3\, and there are a limited number of skate helpers available for free.
