DESCRIPTION:Join us for a peaceful and uplifting Sunset Yoga experience at the Miamisburg Mound!\nAs the sun begins to lower in the sky\, we’ll move through a gentle Vinyasa flow\, linking breath with movement in a way that feels natural\, grounding\, and accessible. This practice is designed to guide you through fluid sequences that help connect your mind\, body\, and spirit\, allowing you to settle into the present moment while surrounded by the beauty of nature.\nTogether\, we’ll also take time to honor and connect with the energy of the sun—its warmth\, its light\, and the life it sustains. Through intentional movement and awareness\, we’ll tap into the many benefits the sun offers\, from boosting mood and energy to supporting overall well-being.\n All levels are welcome—especially beginners. This 90-minute\, 1.5-mile tour may be deemed strenuous by some\, and patrons should be able to walk/navigate city sidewalks and streets. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a water bottle if needed. Tours will launch rain or shine\, except in the event of thunder or lightning.
