CORNER STORE will be filmed on-location at The Neon (!!) and around Dayton next year.\nReserve your FREE ticket by following the ticket link!\nCORNER STORE tells the story of Cass (post-college) as she takes a service job at The Neon\, a quaint independent movie theatre in Dayton\, Ohio. While working there\, she’ll go on a path of self-discovery as she explores what it takes to be creative\, the importance of the families that you find\, and the value of community.\nThe screening will show the CORNER STORE narrative short and a behind-the-scenes documentary (~15min total runtime) before screening ALMOST FAMOUS\, the seminal coming-of-age story about a teenage journalist writing for Rolling Stone magazine in the early 1970s\, touring with the fictitious rock band Stillwater\, and writing his first cover story on the band. Featuring Billy Crudup\, Frances McDormand\, Kate Hudson\, Patrick Fugit\, and Philip Seymour Hoffman.\nWriter/Director Ian Mullen (a former Neon employee!) will be in-person alongside Producer Lucas Settineri to introduce and discuss the CORNER STORE shorts before the screening.

The Dayton Tattoo Festival offers a selection of over 200 of the best artists from all over the world right here in Dayton for three days of tattooing\, art making\, merch selling\, and much more. \nAt the Festival\, attendees will have the opportunity to get tattooed from traveling and local artists alike. Many artists will book the festival in advance\, but there will be opportunities each day to find artists that are taking walk up tattoos on a first come first serve basis. \nIf you do not want to get  tattooed over the weekend you will not be short of entertainment. Artists and vendors alike will be selling merchandise\, there will be contests where you can enter your tattoos that you have previously collected\, watch contests take place\, and see some of the best artists from across the globe practice their craft. \nTattoo artists will have the opportunity to buy supplies from a variety of vendors for use at the festival and to take back to their home shop. There will be a tattoo of the day competition daily to show off the best tattoos made at the Festival. \nWhether you are coming to the Dayton Tattoo Festival for your first tattoo\, your 100th\, or just to have fun\, we are happy to have you\, and cannot wait to see you there.

DESCRIPTION:The Bellbrook Lions Club will hold our annual “SummerFest” festival at the old Sugarcreek School (51 S. East Street\, Bellbrook Ohio). The SummerFest begins Friday night and goes from 5 – 11 PM with games\, carnival rides\, crafts\, and lots of great food! There are lots of things to do for kids and adults alike. On Saturday\, the Festival will go from 4 – 11 PM\, with the parade through downtown Bellbrook starting at 4 PM. \nWe will have a wonderful beer & wine tent with live music\, and great food trailers for Italian sausages\, chicken & fries\, cotton candy\, and last but not least funnel cakes. No one will go home hungry!! \nBand’s performing at this year’s festival\nFri from 7:00-11:00 PM | Stranger is an electrifying tribute band that captures the essence and energy of the iconic 1980s era through their dynamic performances and authentic renditions of classic hits\, transporting audiences back in time with their infectious retro vibe. \nSat from 8:00-11:00 PM | Britches Down is a high energy country band playing the most popular country music to keep everyone of all ages moving.
