Chef Santiago Herra of Napales Mexican Street Food will prepare a three-course meal consisting of a soup, salad, and a dual entree and will delight you with his authentic cuisine along with sharing with guests his cooking journey from a small town in Michoacan, Mexico to becoming a small business owner in Dayton, OH and operating at the 2nd Street Market.

Dessert will be provided by Karina Tafolla of Yellow Springs Baking Co. Karina hails from the same region of Mexico.

Invited to share a traditional dessert that she grew up with, Karina will join Chef Santi in sharing with guests her culinary journey from Mexico to being a small business owner.

Registration is required, seating is limited, tickets are $30.00.
