2023 Highlands Historic Holiday Tour

Step back in time and experience the magic of the holidays in the Highlands Historic District of Middletown, Ohio. Holidays in the Highlands Home Tour is a unique opportunity to tour some of the district’s most beautiful and historic homes, all decorated in their holiday finest.

This year’s tour will feature a variety of homes, from Queen Anne style to a English Tudor style church. Each home will be decorated in its own unique style, but all will be sure to get you in the holiday spirit.

In addition to the home tours, there will also be a variety of other festive activities taking place throughout the day, including:

• Holiday Entertainment
• A Trolley Car will take to you predetermined stops spread out the Highlands
• Snack Stops with wassail and sweet treats
• Santa meet and greet

The Holidays in the Highlands Home Tour is a fun and festive event for the whole family. It’s the perfect way to kick off the holiday season and experience the history and charm of the Highlands Historic District.

Tickets:

• VIP Tour (1pm to 4pm): $50 per person (will be available online in advance and limited to 50)
• General Admission (4pm to 8pm): $25 per person (will be available online in advance or at the door)

• Early access to the homes (1pm to 4pm), before the general public is admitted. This means you’ll have the chance to see the homes at their best, before the crowds arrive. You’ll also have more time to talk to the homeowners and learn about the history of each home.
• A personal tour guide to lead you through each home and share its history and holiday décor. Your tour guide will be able to answer any questions you have about the homes and their holiday decorations. They can also share interesting stories about the people who have lived in the homes over the years.
• A ride on a trolley to and from each home, so you can relax and enjoy the tour. You won’t have to worry about walking from home to home. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.Light refreshments along the way. You’ll be served light refreshments, such as cookies and wassail, to keep you energized during the tour.
• The VIP Tour is the perfect way to see the homes and in a comfortable and luxurious setting. You’ll get to learn about the history of the homes and their holiday décor, and you’ll have a chance to see some of Middletown’s most beautiful homes in all their holiday décor.
