Course 3:
Catena Malbec (Appellation Altamira, Argentina) with chicken milanesa (chicken breast pounded, seasoned and breaded then fry in butter…yummy) topped with ham cheese and tomato sauce, roasted potatoes.
Course 4:
Vietti Nebbiolo Perbacco (DOC, Italy) paired with Peposo, a traditional Tuscan beef stew cooked in red wine and pepper corns, served with creamy polenta.
Course 5:
Dr Loosen Sparkling Riesling (Germany) with Apple strudel, flaky pastry filled with spiced apples, raisins and cinnamon served with vanilla ice cream
