Join Dozo during the week of Valentine’s Day for an exclusive, elevated rendition of Dozo: The Tour.
This limited-seating Omakase experience features 7 curated courses including sushi, seasonal appetizers, soup, and dessert—crafted specially for Valentine’s Week.
These intimate seatings will be offered twice during the week and three times on both Friday and Saturday, giving guests multiple opportunities to enjoy a rare, up-close experience with Chef Jake and the Dozo culinary team.
This Valentine’s Week Tour highlights a number of off-menu chef’s selections not available during standard table reservations or from the à la carte menu. Each seating is intentionally small to maximize interaction, showcase premium ingredients, and deliver a truly personal Omakase journey.
Guests may also enhance their experience with an optional wine and sake pairing, curated to complement each course.
Guests must be 21 or older.
