Big Ideas for Defending Democracy

DML joins forces with PREVENTS-OH in this book club aimed at enhancing civic engagement and building trust between community members of all backgrounds. Join us in reading and talking about the threats currently posed to our democracy, and how community collaborations can counter domestic extremism and revitalize human rights.

September’s book is A Firehose of Falsehood, a graphic non-fiction book written by award-winning author Teri Kanefield and illustrated by Pat Dorian.

You are encouraged to attend even if you have not had a chance to read the book.
