Bourbon & Cigar Night

Start the evening with a taste of High Bank Distillery’s Whiskey War Cigar Cask, a rye heavy mash bill whose nose is dominated by sweet, candied banana and coconut with hints of pineapple and tobacco.

Enjoy a charred Caesar salad and 8oz Filet Mignon, pan seared in butter with a bourbon & pink peppercorn sauce, Yukon gold truffle mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus, while sipping on a traditional Old Fashioned made with our Single Barrel Special Selection Buffalo Trace Bourbon

Finish the night with a tasting of BTAC’s, Thomas H. Handy Sazerac Straight Rye Whiskey, one of Buffalo Trace’s premier selections has tasting notes of powerful, lush, and boldly spicy. Flavors of toffee, fig cake, and candied fruit, followed by mint, cinnamon and clove. The finish ultimately reveals subtle notes of allspice, coconut and nutmeg. Long and warm.
