Join us at The Center for Spiritual Living in Kettering to blow off some steam and let your inner child out to play! This is a family friendly event and all are welcome. We drum, dance and play to celebrate, heal, release and create community connections. Bring your drums, instruments, flow toys, dancing scarves and let your inner child be free!

And remember you can get creative with your instruments- a box of macaroni makes a mighty fine shaker! This is a free event, love offerings appreciated.
