Join us for Supper Club , a private dining experience with limited guests featuring a multi-course meal at CULTURE on Sunday, January 28 from 5-7 PM. Enjoy five courses curated by Chef Dane, Executive Chef and Owner of CULTURE with complimentary wine pairings by Brett Barker, Owner of Press Coffee Bar and Wood Burl Coffee.

The Menu

Salmon Sashimi roasted shishito sauce, blood orange, shiso olive oil, salmon roe caviar, scallion ribbons

Caesar romaine, Japanese panko, miso-caesar dressing, cured egg yolk, fried anchovy

Dumplings pork, collard greens, chili oil

Confit Duck Leg sweet potato fried rice, duck egg, sweet soy, fried garlic

Sakura Vanilla Cream Puff with Lychee Jelly

Space is limited. RSVP closes at 24 seats. Must be 21+ to enjoy complimentary wine pairings.

Supper Club is a reoccuring experience with rotating culinary arts and modalities. No menu or experience repeats itself.
