Free Yoga

FreeThe Community Fitness program hosted by RiverScape this summer will continue on indoors at the 2nd Street Market on Fridays through the fall, and into the winter/early spring months of the new year.
With a focus on wellness while spending time in the Market, you can enjoy an instructor lead Yoga, or Tai Chi & Qigong session in the Market’s pavilion from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM. This is a FREE program.
Afterwards, meet friends for lunch and shopping with any one of the Market’s unique prepared foods vendors, local growers, specialty foods, and artisan vendors !
