Introduction to Custards

Custards are the star component of many of our favorite desserts from Crème Brûlée and cheesecakes to lemon curd and pastry creams. Katherine will talk about the elements of custards and demonstrate making these confections: Pâte à Choux, Pastry Cream, Fresh Fruit Tart, Chocolate Pudding, and Lemon Curd, and provide recipes and information for each. You’ll enjoy these delightful desserts with sparkling wine.
