The City of Trotwood will host our Annual Family Reunion Weekend – Smoke, Sizzle & Sounds Family Fest & Vendor Fair on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm, and we’d LOVE to have you join us! The Smoke, Sizzle & Sounds will feature live music and entertainment, a parade, food trucks, business vendors, bounce houses, a BBQ Competition featuring cash prizes, a beer garden, and more! Amateur barbecue aficionados will be vying for prize money in pork ribs and chicken categories! Entry for the chicken and pork ribs categories is $50 total; contestants have the opportunity to win cash prizes of $500 (1st place), $250 (2nd place), and $175 (3rd place). There is a limit of 15 teams for this year’s event. Kansas City rules/regulations will be used for judging the contestants. Want to prove your BBQ is the best???
