2nd Anniversary Beer Dinner

Our beer pairing dinners are truly one of our favorite things we do, and we are excited to announce that our next dinner will be on Tuesday, September 24th!
This year, celebrate the second anniversary of Little Fish Brewing Company’s Dayton Station location with Head Brewer Sean White and Executive Chef Zach Morgan as they team up to create an event that will be a bit more elegant than our every day service, while remaining approachable, fun, and completely delicious.

AMUSE: carrot soup with star anise, creme fraiche, carrot crisp
Pairing: – Abseil Pils – German-style Pilsner

COURSE 1: roasted beet,fennel, labneh, dill oil, candied pistachio
Pairing: Saison du Day-Ton – 100% Ohio-grown, mixed culture saison

COURSE 2: fried pork belly, crispy polenta cake, honey dijon, kale ashV egetarian option: crispy fried tofu
Pairing: Green Bridge I.P.A. – West Coast style IPA

COURSE 3: paghetti, roasted poblano sauce, harissa garlic, blistered cherry tomato, micro cilantro
Pairing: Woodthrush – Amber farmhouse ale

COURSE 4: seared scallops, green curry, pickled shaved watermelon radish, charred eggplant, thai basil, kaffir lime oil
Shellfish allergy sub: king oyster mushroom
Pairing: Dear Science – Hazy IPA

DESSERT: Pawpaw pudding, vanilla tuile, sesame crumble
Pairing: Paw Paw Weizen – Hefeweizen with pawpaw

* Gratuity is not included in the ticket price. If you wish to tip our staff you may bring cash or we can provide the option to tip on a card at the end of the event.
