Esk Valley Sauvignon Blanc paired with pork belly chicharrones and fried plantains, topped with mustard seed relish

I Pastini Bianco served with cioppino, a stew made with a medley of fresh seafood in a rich tomato and wine broth

Routestock Pinot Noir with roasted chicken thigh, woodland mushrooms, and scalloped potatoes

Monte Rio Petite Syrah to enjoy with roasted duck breast over wild rice with a cherry Port sauce

Terrebrune Rose to finish with an assortment of artisan cheeses
