5 Course Wine Dinner

We’ll start the night with a Scallop, Shrimp & Calamari Salad dressed with an Ají Citirus Vinaigrette. With it, a glass of Château Thivin Beaujolais Villages Rosé. From there we’ll explore chicken, lamb, steak and more paired with wines from California and Italy!

Course 1

Château Thivin Beaujolais Villages Rosé, France accompanied by a scallop, shrimp, & calamari salad dressed in an aji and citrus vinaigrette with a crostini

Course 2

Miner Viognier, California paired with sautéed chicken atop an artichoke purée and tarragon scented cous cous with fried leeks

Course 3

Elena Walch Schiava Alto Adige, Italy to be served with a roasted lamb loin and silky mashed potatoes, topped with a rosemary infused bone marrow demi-glace.

Course 4

Hess Collection MVRK Maverick Ranches Cabernet Sauvignon, California to enjoy with grilled steak picanha, Port wine pearl onions, topped with lima bean and walnut salad

Course 5

Pizzolato Prosecco Spumante to finish with pineapple and coconut flan
