5 Course Wine Dinner

$99We’ll start the night with a Scallop, Shrimp & Calamari Salad dressed with an Ají Citirus Vinaigrette. With it, a glass of Château Thivin Beaujolais Villages Rosé. From there we’ll explore chicken, lamb, steak and more paired with wines from California and Italy!

Miner Viognier, California paired with sautéed chicken atop an artichoke purée and tarragon scented cous cous with fried leeks

Elena Walch Schiava Alto Adige, Italy to be served with a roasted lamb loin and silky mashed potatoes, topped with a rosemary infused bone marrow demi-glace.
