Chef Margot Blondet, Sous Chef Josh Braceros, and our resident Wine Trends expert, Kara York, have crafted a pairing menu that’s all about big, bold summer flavors!
Each of the five courses at our June Wine Dinner features some of our favorite warm-weather ingredients: like grilled peaches, summer veggies, mahi, and more.

With: Grilled peach, mixed greens, goat cheese & sage, toasted pecans, and hot honey vinaigrette.

With: Quinoa-crusted fried chicken, acevichada sauce, and a fresh summer veggie slaw.

With: Mahi escabeche – a Peruvian-style pickled fish dish with aji panca, red onions, sweet potatoes, olives, and hard-boiled egg.

With: Yuca gnocchi smothered in a rich portobello mushroom and cheese sauce.

With: Peruvian-style ice cream, “queso helado.”
