West African Dinner in Yellow Springs

As part of Immigrants Feed America, is bringing a curated plant-forward dining experience celebrating traditional West African cuisine through flavor, culture, and storytelling! The Food Network’s West African recipe developer and an Ohio media expert on Afro-Caribbean cuisine, chef Gabi will prepare a vegan feast of West African favorites, sponsored by the BIPOC Food and Farming Network. Proceeds from the meal will benefit AfroMeals Foundation’s work with Miami Valley Meals. Chef Gabi and Afromeals Foundation were recently honored for partnering with Miami Valley Meals to prepare culturally appropriate meals for Haitian and African refugee communities in the region.
