Chef Maria at Watermark announces a culinary journey through Spain, including carefully selected wines to both complement the food and represent Spain’s amazing culinary tradition.
This incredible five-course menu will offer a virtual tour of the Iberian food and wine scene. Paired with wines from our friends at Cutting Edge, your experience will also be enhanced with the impeccable wine knowledge of Brian Demark!
Five Courses with Wine Pairings
$150/pp (gratuity included, tax add’l.)
The evening will begin with a cocktails at 5:00 (not included). Dinner will commence at approximately 6:00.
