First Course

Stuffed Fungus

Portobella mushroom, stuffed with a shrimp duxell then topped with Parmesan Monterey jack cheese mix baked till melted and golden brown

Black Cauldron – Gin, fresh basil, blueberries lime juice

Second Course

Morticia’s Deviled Crab Croquettes – Crispy Croquettes stuffed with a Devilish mix of crab,

hot cream sauce, spinach, onions and peppers

Vampire’s kiss

vodka, Chambord, sloe gin

Third Course

Festers Eyeball Pasta – House red sauce tossed with noodles and shaved

Parmesan, finished with Prime rib meat ball eyeballs

Ghost Pines Zinfandel

Wednesday’s Prime Sirloin – Chimichurri, smothered prime sirloin served with a Mac n Cheese Gratin

Dark rum, lime juice and ginger beer
