Since 1971, Adelsheim Vineyard has obsessively pursued wines that celebrate the unique bounty of their estate vineyards, home to some of Oregon’s most diverse soil types, elevations, and exposures. As a founding winery of the Willamette Valley and Chehalem Mountain’s first winery, Adelsheim has played an instrumental role in nearly every aspect of the Oregon wine story.

Joui is honored to explore these beautiful wines through a 5 course dinner. Each wine is paired by Meghan Vandette (Adelsheim Eastern US sales lead) with a farm-to-table meal curated by Chef Zach Morgan (Executive Chef, Little Fish Brewing Company).
