Beer Pairing Dinner

This holiday season, treat yourself or a loved one to one of our special beer pairing dinners. At Little Fish Brewing Company’s Dayton Station, Head Brewer Sean White and Executive Chef Zach Morgan come together to craft a culinary experience that’s both refined and inviting. Expect an event that is a step above our everyday service but is still relaxed, enjoyable, and full of incredible flavors.

In order to select the vegetarian option, simply purchase the regular set of tickets and immediately email [email protected].

Tickets do tend to sell out, so we encourage buying as soon as you are sure you would like to attend. Pricing is $90 per person sold by the table (gratuity not included).

 

MENU:

COURSE 1:

selection of fine meats, cheeses, and accoutrements

Pairing: – Pescado Relajado – Mexican Lager

COURSE 2:

kale salad, blood orange, pistachio, feta pickled fennel

Pairing: Dear Science – Hazy I.P.A.

COURSE 3:

potato gnocchi, roasted honeynut squash, ricotta, brown butter

Pairing: Saison du Poisson – 2024 Estate Wet-Hop Edition – 100% Ohio-grown, mixed culture saison

COURSE 4:

braised beef, jus, confit garlic mash, roasted root vegetables

Vegetarian option: braised jackfruit

Pairing: Doppelfisch – Doppelbock strong dark lager

COURSE 5:

sweet potato tart, meringue, candied ginger, sage crumb

Pairing: Moonville Stout – Bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout
