Sold Out – Beer Pairing Dinner

Our beer pairing dinners are truly one of our favorite things we do: a chance to bring all our strengths together in one amazing night, and to show you what Little Fish Brewing Company is all about.

This dinner is especially important, as it’s a chance to publicly welcome executive chef and general manager Zach Morgan as the new head of Dayton Station. Zach and his team of talented cooks have created an ambitious menu, notching a bit more elegant than our every day service, but approachable, fun, and completely delicious.

We’ll be pairing each course with a very special beer, chosen by head brewer Sean White and our culinary team.

Co-founders Jimmy and Sean will be in attendance, to socialize and introduce courses, along with Zach.

If you prefer a vegetarian option, please email the name on your reservation and the name(s) of the people in your party that prefer veg to [email protected]. We will do our best to accomadate allergies. We do not have a completely plant-based option for this meal.

Amuse Bouche

Cheese board with charred shishito butter

Beer pairing : 2023 Estate Hop Kveik – blond farmhouse ale

Salad

Arugula, dates, maple mascarpone, pistachio, orange blossom vinaigrette

Beer pairing: Dear Science – hazy I.P.A.

Pasta

Beetroot ravioli, brown butter walnut and sweet ricotta filling, crispy sage, pickled beets, fennel pollen, fennel frond

Beer pairing: Orrery or Semiprecious Stones – barrel-aged sour ale with blackberry, raspberry, and black currant

Main:

Honeycreek Beef sous vide hanger steak, celery root puree, carrot top chimichurri, root veg chip

Beer pairing: Karmanfest – German-style amber lager

Vegetarian option: Brown butter basted Lion’s Mane Mushroom
