Join us for 5 courses from our kitchen paired perfectly with five of our beers.
Our beer pairing dinners are truly one of our favorite things we do. Head Brewer Sean White and Executive Chef Becky Clark team up to create these menus, notching a bit more elegant than our every day service, but approachable, fun, and completely delicious.
Our beer dinners are an Athens favorite, and we are so pleased to be bringing them to Dayton with this Inaugural Dayton Beer Pairing Dinner on January 31, 2023.
Bread Course: Good Hands Bread w/burnt scallion butter, caramelized onion puree, Smoking Goose coppa, olives
Salad Course: butter lettuce, truffle oil vinaigrette, radish, pecorino, cauliflower
Pasta Course: squid ink pasta, clams, beurre blanc, chives, parmesan
Main Course: brisket, mashed potatoes, gremolata, persimmon, black garlic gravy
Dessert Course: banana cream pie, ginger caramel, toasted oaked pilsner reduction
