No idea what to do with a whole chicken? Love fish but need some pointers on how to fillet? This hands-on class will touch on the basics of butchery and knife maintenance. We’ll make stocks with the bones and enjoy a meal at the end of the class.
Beer and wine will be available for purchase during the class for $8 per glass
