Caesar Creek Meteor Shower Campout

Join us at Caesar Creek Park’s Public Beach starting at 4 PM for a free event that is fun for everyone. Our theme this year is Space Rocks. Camping on the beach’s grassy area permitted. Games, bonfire on the beach, Geocaching, movies and more. Food, drinks and more available as a fundraiser for the Nature Center. Watch the Meteor Shower with us all night or just as long as you can stay. If you plan to stay the night, please do not set up your tent until after 4 PM and no camp fires are permitted; come to the bonfire on the beach instead!

Afternoon Family Fun – Aim for the Stars – family games, nature activities, photo booth, crafts, puzzles, animal furs, games, and more. Meet the Miami Valley Geocachers and local Astronomical Societies. Make your own “Orion’s Belt” out of rope to take home. Plus so much more…

Meet the Park Naturalist, Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalists, Trail Team and More…. Learn about Space Rock, Space Waves and the upcoming Solar Eclipse.
