Our Chef Talks Dinners are all about introducing and exploring the tastes of the Chef’s most beloved places.

This month, Chef Margot takes us on a journey through the French region of Provence with some classic French recipes!

 

Menu

Pistou Soup & Fougasse, a hearty soup made of vegetables, beans, and pasta with Provencal pesto

 

Chicken Provencal, oven roasted Herbs de Provence crusted chicken, served alongside ratatouille and jasmine rice

 

Possets, a classic French dessert made of creamy custard, with honey and lemon
