Chef Margot spends a lot of time in Europe soaking up the culture to bring back to us in Ohio. But Belgium is all about family for her. This month’s menu is all about traditional family meals and connection.

Moules-frites, the national dish of Belgium, mussel stew served alongside French fries.
Carbonnade Flamande or Vlaamse Karbonaden, a Flemish stew of Belgian beef, onions, mustard and beer.
Dame Blanche Belgian waffles, with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce.
