City of Brookville Police Department – Women’s Assault Survival Program

The City of Brookville Police Department’s Women’s Assault Survival Workshop is a course designed to teach women how to effectively recognize and prevent dangerous encounters and how to defend themselves in the event of an attack. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. This workshop is a great opportunity for our college students before they leave our community and attend college!

The course of instruction will include:

 Crime Prevention
 Personal Safety Measures
 Hands-on Self-Defense Techniques
 Firearms Discussion
 Personal Safety Devices (Tasers, Pepper Spray, etc.)
 One-on-one personal Instruction and question-and-answer periods with Police Instructors
