In this class you will the techniques and recipes to recreate the following menu:
Grilled shrimp summer salad with a passion fruit dressing
Papitas with huancaina sauce; a traditional Peruvian appetizer of boiled potatoes with a creamy queso fresco, onion, and aji amarillo sauce
Sole Paupiettes with a creamy basil and tomato sauce
Prune Bavarois & vanilla cream
