Join Napales Mexican Street Food Chef Santiago, as he talk about his native Mexico and presents delicious tastings of his cuisine.

This three-course tasting will include Chicken posole, Roasted butternut squash salad with pumpkin seeds and black bean birria Sope with birria style lamb. Dessert will be Sweetened condensed milk griddle cakes with caramel apple compote

Each of these unique culinary events showcases the talents of the Market’s food vendors as they share their cultural experiences and culinary traditions through food.  We’ll sample a special dish, learn how and from what crops it’s made, and learn about the country and its customs.
