Join Central State University Extension Office for the Diabetes Empowerment Education Program, a series designed to help you take control of your health and live well with diabetes. Whether you’ve been diagnosed with diabetes, are at risk, or care for someone who is, this program offers the knowledge and tools to support a healthier lifestyle.
Throughout the program, we’ll explore essential topics including:
- Understanding diabetes risk factors and complications
- Foot care and preventing long-term issues
- Meal planning and healthy eating habits
- Stress management through physical activity, meditation, and more
- Tracking and self-monitoring your health
