It’s all about eagles this Wednesday, Sept. 25, at Cox Arboretum MetroPark . September’s EcoTalk titled: Ohio Bald Eagle Status Update, is presented by Laura Kearns, a Wildlife Biologist through the Ohio Division of Wildlife. She will be discussing the current status of bald eagles, how regulations changed over time and how the populations have recovered.
Laura has been a wildlife biologist with ODOW for the past 10 years. Her duties cover monitoring and research for a variety of non-game wildlife species including waterbirds, forest birds, and raptors.
