Fresh Mozzarella Class

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make fresh mozzarella from curd, using the proper techniques for stretching, shaping, and storing. Working in pairs, you’ll create a variety of styles including ciliegine, nodini, treccia (braids), and mozzarella-wrapped tomatoes.
The class wraps up with a family-style meal featuring the cheeses you’ve made—perfect for tasting your work and asking any final questions.
