Learn to bake the focaccia you’ve come to love at Grist!
Join Chef Casey as she walks you through an easy, scaled-down recipe—the perfect bread to make at home. You’ll also explore tasty variations, from classic loaves and fluffy rolls to deep-dish focaccia pizzas, giving you everything you “knead” to become a home-baking pro.
We’ll include a meal of salad, focaccia pizza and dessert as a part of the class. You take home the bread you bake!
Wine will be available for enjoyment during the class—$9 per glass, payable at the end of the session.
