Jollity and Joui are teaming up to take you on a dining excursion to one of our favorite local gems—Oak & Ember Farms.
Join us on Monday, June 23rd for a special al fresco dinner celebrating the first flavors of summer: vibrant herbs, sun-ripened tomatoes, and early-season vegetables harvested straight from the farm and thoughtfully prepared by Chefs Zack and Brendan of Jollity, Koji Burger, and an exciting new concept in the Huffman district with details to be announced soon. This five course meal will be elevated with wine pairings curated by Lauren of Joui Wine, and presented by Adam Mahler of Ampelography Wines. Joining us all the way from California, Adam is the founder and owner of Ampelography. His deep knowledge and passion for the wines he represents promise an unforgettable pairing experience.
Eat, drink, and make lasting memories with some of the best in their fields—while dining out in the field.
Arrival is at 7pm. First course appetizers and bubbles will be hosted happy hour style by the water. We will then journey across the farm to our family style dining experience, lasting from 7:30 to 9:30pm. Feel free to hang out with us after dinner for a relaxing bonfire with friends.
Vegetarian options are available upon request. We kindly ask that no substitutions be made.
