Holistically You! Workshop

As a society we are becoming more aware of the interconnectedness of our physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of life. Having stability in these areas plays an important role in our overall health and happiness. Prioritizing our self-care goes beyond spa dates, shopping sprees, and vacations. We are in need of actual tools to manage stress, anxiety, depression, headaches, muscle tension, and so on.

Peace Within 111 presents, “Holistically You!” is an interactive workshop that will focus on shifting one’s mindset to let go of old thought patterns and move towards personal growth, as well as the importance of caring for our skin as it serves as the largest organ of the body and is seen as the first line of defense against harmful environmental factors. We will also discuss proper body mechanics to reduce the stress and strain on our muscles and joints. And lastly, we’ll examine the importance of one’s connection with their inner spirit which can bring about a sense of peace, understanding, and purpose.

The speakers of this event are seasoned in their profession and excited to share their knowledge with the attendees of the workshop.
