Kick off the 2023 Holiday Season with us in Downtown Fairborn for the Annual Hometown Holiday Event and Tree Lighting on December 1st!
Come to downtown Fairborn and see the annual tree lighting while enjoying the parade and a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus
The Hometown Holiday Festival has a number of events for all to partake. Come to Main Street, downtown Fairborn where kids can participate in a number of free activities and will have a chance to have their picture taken with Santa.
•Tree Lighting by Santa
•Horse-drawn carriage rides
•Music with the Fairborn Civic Band
•Free kids activities
•Photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus (inside the former 5/3 Building
on Main)
•Stores will remain open with holiday specials

Beginning at 4:00 pm, families can come to Santa’s Candy Cane Land at Main Street Commons (103 W. Main) where kids can participate in free activities such as craft stations, Santa letter writing station, and an inflatable snow globe to grab a fun picture.
There will be other activities at a minimal cost as well such as a giant slide, train rides, carousel rides, and mechanical reindeer.
Then take a walk down Main Street to the sounds of the Fairborn Civic Band playing your favorite holiday tunes to see Santa at the Tree where he will have a special gift for each child.
At 7:00 pm Santa will light the tree and kick off the Holiday season in Fairborn.
