Instructor Cheryl Griffin is a volunteer with Isha Foundation, an international nonprofit promoting health and well-being through yoga and meditation, and has been an Isha yoga practitioner for 18 years. This class is intended for beginners and anyone looking to deepen and broaden their knowledge of this ancient healing practice.
