Mrs. Claus’s Curated Collection of Christmas Craziness: A Festive Weekend of Family Fun in Kettering
Dorothy Lane American Baptist Church (DLABC) is excited to announce “Mrs. Claus’s Curated Collection of Christmas Craziness,” a joyful two-day event filled with festive activities for the whole family on December 6th and 7th. This celebration promises to bring holiday cheer to the community.
The festivities kick off on Friday, December 6th, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a special Parents’ Night Out. Caregivers of potty-trained children aged 4-12 can pre-register their kids for an evening of fun, games, and treats while they enjoy a night on the town. Following this, from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM, everyone is invited to a Community Candlelit Carol-Sing, complete with music and refreshments, to celebrate the season together.
On Saturday, December 7th, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the church will transform into an old-fashioned Christmas Bazaar featuring shopping, raffles, and games. Attendees can engage in creative activities such as the Christmas Card Workshop, take a Christmas Prayer Tour through the sanctuary, and capture memories at the ‘Elfie Station. A Gift Wrapping Station will also be available for dropping off unwrapped presents, which will be beautifully wrapped for pick-up at the end of the day. Don’t miss the opportunity to meet Mrs. Claus herself during Tea and Photos with Mrs. Claus from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
