Napa Valley wine tasting

Join us in the Jungle Jim’s Cooking School from 6:30-8:30 on Wednesday, July 10, to meet Noé Tesseron of Pym-Rae wines. The Tesseron family produces the iconic Bordeaux Pontet-Canet, world famous cognac, and Pym-Rae cabernet in Mt. Feeder, California. We will be tasting through a vertical selection of Pym-Rae vintage, accompanied by delicious hors d’oeuvres from our own Chef James.

Noé Tesseron represents the fourth generation to be involved in the family properties: Château Pontet-Canet, Pym-Rae, and Tesseron Cognac. In 2018, after completing his master’s degree in Cross Cultural Marketing & Negotiations and gaining experience in the New-York, Hong Kong, and London wine trade; he decided to bring his own innovative vision and energy to perpetuate his family’s legacy. Noé devotes most of his time to the development of Tesseron Cognac & Pym-Rae, with a true commitment to excellence.

Along with his father, Alfred, and his sister, Justine, he travels the world to share his passion for the family’s productions, revealing the unique philosophy and process behind each bottle. From the biodynamic certification of Pontet-Canet and Pym-Rae that aims for a purer expression of the terroir to the art of aging and blending a unique Cognac.
