Join us in celebrating National Runner Month with a runner yogi session presented by Day Yoga Studio on May 21st from 6:30-7:30 PM. Get the best of both worlds with this energizing class that combines a 30-minute outdoor walk/run with a 30-minute recovery-focused yoga session. Move at your own pace, stay motivated with your fellow yogis, and finish feeling refreshed and strong. All levels welcome. Bring your mat and running shoes!
