Parés Baltà Wine Dinner

Joui Wine is elated to host a transatlantic wine dinner where Spain and Ohio collide.
We have been long time fans of Parés Baltà winery located in Penedès, Spain.
Their incredible history of multi-generational winemaking and emphasis on Biodynamic practices make them the kind of producers that we love to promote.
We heard that Parés Baltà also farms regeneratively, and immediately knew thatwe needed to host them at our local regenerative farm, Oak & Ember.
We are so honored to have Parés Baltà’s National Sales Director Ryan Stotz with us for one magical evening.
Chefs Casey and Patrick of Grist have collaborated with Ryan to create a 5 course meal paired with 5 Pares Balta wines.
Come eat, drink, and learn about regenerative farming practices from experts in their fields, while dining out in the field.

1 BLANCA CUSINÉ SPARKLING BRUT CAVA
bacalao croqettas with potato & preserved lemon puree
tomato salad with manchego cheese & jamón ibérico
2 HONEYMOON WHITE
seared avocado, garlic braised shrimp, ajo blanco, verjus pickled grapes
3 COSMIC WHITE
grilled octopus, mojo verde, crispy potato, manzanilla olives, lace crostini,
shaved peppers
4 INDIGENA GARNAXTA
garnatxa glazed pork belly, olive oil braised beans, charred corn, nasturtium,
smoked red pepper puree, served with pan rustico
5 MAS PETIT
chocolate and almond torta with crispy honey
