We are very excited to taste six exclusive wines from Parés Balta with Matt Nuoffer from Voyager Beverage and Ryan Stotz.
Ryan Stotz is Parés Baltà’s US wine educator.
Coming up through the vineyards and kitchens of the Willamette Valley and Oregon,
he now travels the country talking about one of Catalonio’s most distinctive and dynamic wineries.
Parés Baltà started in 1790 under the ownership of the Cusiné family.
Certified organic and Demeter biodynamic, the family produces wines of brilliant clarity from the
highest altitude vineyards just outside of Barcelona.
Matt and Ryan will be presenting from 6-7pm and will be able to answer any questions following.
Snacks will be provided.
Bottles will be available to purchase that evening.
