Learn more about becoming certified as a woman-owned enterprise (WBE), minority-owned enterprise (MBE), or otherwise disadvantaged small business enterprise (SBE), plus Dayton-Local Small Business (DLSB) in the City of Dayton’s Procurement Enhancement Plan (PEP). Through the City of Dayton’s Human Relations Council, PEP-certification is also a means to gaining access to capital through cross-certification and Dayton’s small-business development ecosystem.
