Pop Up Bakery At Sinclair

The Sinclair Pop-Up Bakery (also known as the Bakery Cafe) is a student-run event at Sinclair Community College where Baking & Pastry Arts capstone students sell fresh, small-batch goods to the public. The bakery operates on select Wednesday nights during the spring term. Located on the 4th floor of building 13 off Fifth and Perry Streets, there’s parking behind the building.

Time: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
- Menu: Items are sold à la carte in a retail-style, grab-and-go format. Popular offerings include:
- Laminated Pastries: Blueberry cream cheese, ham and cheese, and chai caramel puff pastries.
- Sweets: Doughnuts, cookies, mousse domes, cakes, and chocolate confections.
- Breads: Challah and other specialty artisan breads.
- No Reservations: Service is first-come, first-served. It is highly recommended to arrive early, as lines often form 30 minutes before opening and items sell out quickly.
